Shifra is trained in many fitness fields, including yoga, Tai Chi, weight training and Senior Fitness. Shifra has taught in schools in Israel, Japan, California and Africa.
Valentina (Val) is an activity coordinator, who truly loves working with older adults. She speaks Russian and holds a degree in Healthcare Administration.
